Greg loves building organizations that thrive and creating stellar work environments. He is a graduate of the University of Utah, where he was a walk-on for their basketball team. Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and their five children, skiing, hiking, and kayaking.
Bryce Robbins

A lifelong learner, Bryce believes in continuous improvement. He played rugby and trombone at Brigham Young University where he studied business. After getting his MBA at the University of Virginia, Bryce worked in a number of leadership roles before joining our team. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters, playing music, camping, and cycling.
Michael Mills

Michael and his friend Greg Schow founded Aspen Mountain Partners in 2004 to work with and purchase companies that share the values of teamwork, growth, and quality. Seventeen years later, they were introduced to Willet Hauser and the rest is history. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Michael played soccer and studied economics and sociology at the College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts and then attended graduate school in business at the University of Virginia’s Darden School. When he’s not working, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and their four daughters, mountain biking, fly-fishing, and coaching soccer.
Kathy Jordan

Recognized and regarded as one of the best glass painters in the country, Kathy specializes in historic vitreous paint replication and condition assessment. She has vigorously sought out and studied nationally and internationally with notable industry leaders and accomplished glass artists over the past two decades, exploring and acquiring traditional and contemporary approaches. With a career that has spanned over a quarter of a century, Kathy is well-known in the industry for the restoration and preservation of historic stained glass.
Garrick Holey
VP of Production
Garrick’s natural eye for design and classic training make him an invaluable team member. He graduated from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and an emphasis on business, and he has been in the stained glass industry since 2002.
