Trades Windows: Stained Glass Tribute to Skilled Trades
Project Summary
This Salt Lake City stained glass installation honors skilled trades through a series of contemporary windows, each dedicated to a distinct craft. Bold composition and material-driven color elevate ironwork, woodwork, stonework, glasswork, and site work into art.
Designed as a unified narrative of the built environment, each window celebrates a different trade—revealing the artistry within labor. Through deliberate line work, symbolic imagery, and tactile color, the installation transforms essential industries into a visual tribute to craftsmanship, process, and legacy.
