The Pastorate of St. Michael the Archangel and St. Clement Mary Hofbauer (The MAC Pastorate) stands as a vibrant spiritual anchor for the Baltimore and Rosedale communities. With a legacy spanning over a century—highlighted by the recent 100th-anniversary celebration of the St. Clement Mary Hofbauer parish—these churches are renowned for their historical architecture and dedicated service to their parishioners. Our Work

Our team was entrusted with a meticulous restoration and protection project designed to safeguard the church’s artistry while enhancing its structural longevity.

Klear-flo Protective Covering To provide superior protection against the elements and potential impact, we installed the Klear-flo protective covering system. This involved using 1/4-inch high-grade acrylic, custom-fitted with a specialized perimeter frame. This system is engineered to provide a nearly invisible layer of defense that allows the beauty of the original windows to remain fully visible while providing essential ventilation to prevent moisture buildup.

Millwork and Structural Refurbishment In addition to the protective glazing, our craftsmen focused on the aesthetic and structural details of the window surrounds:

Millwork Restoration: All surrounding millwork was carefully prepped and repainted to match the architectural aesthetic of the sanctuary, providing a refreshed and polished look.
Window Re-cementing: To ensure weatherproofing and stability, select windows underwent a re-cementing process. This traditional technique strengthens the leaded glass panels, sealing them against air and water infiltration while maintaining their historical character.
