Willet Studios’ On-Site Operations team represents Willet in the field—working directly at churches, civic buildings, and historic sites across the country to carefully remove, install, and protect stained glass windows.

These are the boots-on-the-ground professionals responsible for accurate measurements, safe handling of windows, and high-quality installation and repair work. From setting up the job site to final cleanup, the team ensures every project is completed with care and respect for the building and its occupants.
The On-Site Operations team works closely with the studio, project managers, and clients to ensure that their windows are installed correctly, functions properly, and looks exceptional for decades to come. Travel, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability are all part of the job.
- Installation and removal of stained glass windows
- Making general repairs and replacing broken glass
- Measuring, templating, and cutting framing materials
- Removing and installing protective window coverings
- Cutting and installing acrylic and Lexan
- Scraping, caulking, cementing, and painting wooden window frames
- Attaching brace bars and sealing windows
- Setting up, maintaining, and tearing down a clean and safe work site
- Using power tools, scaffolding, and aerial lifts
- Traveling to project sites, including overnight stays as needed
- On-site stained glass and frame repairs
- Supporting studio work when needed
